Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (Columbus)

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
