Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (Charlotte)

After a layoff as a school bus driver I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 25 weeks. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
