Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

After a layoff as an event coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
