Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

After a layoff as a graphic designer I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a graphic designer before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
