Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, barista here

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
