Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, barista here

I sent 9 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
