Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (Baltimore)

After a layoff as a logistics coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
