Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? (Atlanta)

After a layoff as a security officer I am finding mornings difficult. It has been weighing on me all week. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
