Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - any advice?

After a layoff as a project coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. Thank you in advance. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
