Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - any advice?

After a layoff as a graphic designer I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a graphic designer before this. I do not want to burden my family.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
