Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - any advice?

I sent 12 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
