Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 25 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a welding apprentice before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
