Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - any advice?

I sent 3 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
