Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 25 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
