Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - any advice?

After a layoff as a call-centre agent I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
