After a layoff as a call-centre agent I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
