Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 19 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
