Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
