Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - any advice?

After a layoff as a janitorial supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
