Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - any advice?

After a layoff as a paralegal I am finding mornings difficult. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
