Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been a long 9 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
