Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - any advice?

I sent 12 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
