Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 9 years as a procurement assistant

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
