Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 8 years as an electrician's helper

I sent 8 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
