Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 7 years as a logistics coordinator

I sent 7 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
