Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 6 years as a quality inspector

I have been out of work for 8 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
