Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 6 years as a data-entry clerk

After a layoff as a data-entry clerk I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
