Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 5 years as a mechanic

I sent 5 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
