Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 5 years as a copywriter

After a layoff as a copywriter I am finding mornings difficult. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
