Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 4 years as a social media manager

I sent 4 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
