Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 4 years as a home health aide

I sent 4 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. It has been a long 17 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
