Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 4 years as a barista

I have been out of work for 24 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
