Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 3 years as a welding apprentice

I sent 3 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as a welding apprentice before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
