Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 18 years as an insurance claims processor

After a layoff as an insurance claims processor I am finding mornings difficult. Thank you in advance. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
