Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 18 years as a project coordinator

I have been out of work for 19 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
