Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 18 years as a customer-service rep

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
