Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 17 years as an HR coordinator

I sent 17 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
