Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 17 years as a project coordinator

I sent 17 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
