Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 16 years as an accountant

After a layoff as an accountant I am finding mornings difficult. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to burden my family.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
