Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 16 years as a machine operator

After a layoff as a machine operator I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
