Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 16 years as a barista

After a layoff as a barista I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Omaha, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
