Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 15 years as a janitorial supervisor

I have been out of work for 26 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
