Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 14 years as a mechanic

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
