Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 13 years as a warehouse supervisor

I have been out of work for 20 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a warehouse supervisor before this. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
