Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 13 years as a teaching assistant

I have been out of work for 7 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a teaching assistant before this. I do not want to burden my family.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
