Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 13 years as a procurement assistant

After a layoff as a procurement assistant I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
