Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 13 years as a nurse's aide

I have been out of work for 10 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
