Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 13 years as a graphic designer

I have been out of work for 10 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
