Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 12 years as a copywriter

After a layoff as a copywriter I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
