Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 11 years as an operations analyst

After a layoff as an operations analyst I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Wichita, in case local advice matters. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
